After placing your order, it usually takes 1–3 business days to process your order and 5–9 business days for delivery, provided you placed your order before 5:00 PM.

2. Where can I find my track & trace code?

 


Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace code by email.

Please also check your spam folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there.


Note that it may take some time before the track & trace link becomes active.

 


 

 

3. How can I track my order?

 


You can track your order using the track & trace number you received by email.


Enter this number in the Track & Trace form on our Track & Trace page to view the status of your delivery. You can do this via this page.

 


 

 

4. I am not satisfied with my package.
