The wooden wicks are made from natural cherry wood and paired with metal wick clips that securely hold the wick upright during pouring. Wood wicks provide a stable flame and can produce a soft crackling sound when properly paired with the correct wax type and container size.
Usage notes:
When lighting a wooden wick for the first time, the wax pool may not yet be fully developed. It may require lighting two or three times to establish a consistent burn. Gently melting a small amount of wax around the wick before the first burn can also help achieve optimal performance.
Wax compatibility guidance:
If using standard paraffin wax, one wooden wick with one metal clip is sufficient for proper burning. When using 100 percent natural soy wax without combustion additives, inserting two wooden wick cores into a single metal clip is recommended for better flame strength and melt pool formation.
Burn characteristics:
Using one wick produces a smaller flame and slower burn, ideal for subtle scent diffusion. Two wicks increase flame strength and burn speed. Three wicks create a brighter, more stable flame and faster wax melt.
